Mum & Baby Yoga

Blue Skies Yoga help mothers bond with their baby while getting back in shape by leading mum and baby yoga classes in person and online. We encourage mothers to bring their babies to our mum and baby yoga Dublin classes.

This class will focus on restoring your physical well-being and shape after child birth in a fun and relaxing environment as well as providing new mothers an opportunity to socialise with other mothers and their babies.

Our mum and baby yoga Dublin classes are open to mothers after their post-partum check-up (six weeks or 10 for a C-section). Your baby can enjoy postures alongside you or be part of the posture.

Targeting specific areas such as the abdominals, pelvic floor and upper back will be a key focus of our classes to help with abdominal tone and pelvic floor firming.
